Neil Young to induct Tom Waits in HoF

According to Rolling Stone, Neil Young will induct Tom Waits in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame during the ceremony on March 14th at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. The event will be broadcast on Fuse TV on on March 20th.
