  10. Dear Tom Waits customer,

Today, your “Bad As Me” was put on the truck. It will arrive within the next few days, depending on your post office’s delivery schedule.

  16. The music itself notwithstanding, can anybody tell me the artistic justification of making the questionable step to make a socalled deluxe version with three (3) extra songs on a separate dvd? Surely, if the record company or Mr. Waits found the songs good enough they would fit on the original dvd (and the vinyl), so it comes across as a not very sympathetic and highly commercial step to exploit (in lack of a better word) fans and collectors.

Also, it's a little annoying to see that the deluxe booklet has several flaws, i.e. are the lyrics of the two last songs printed in the wrong order and on one of the track someone is playing an unknown instrument, persussion. Come on, Anti Records!

Other than that, after three listenings it sounds like Bad as Me is a very good if not vintage TW album. Ironically, two of the songs on the extra dvd are among my favourites (Tell Me and After You Die).

  17. Oops, I do of course mean cd's and not dvd's in the above post. Silly me.
