Tomwaits.com has just posted a picture of Waits (with an eye patch and yielding a sword) with the caption "Coming August 7". The title of the post reads "Permission to Come Aboard?"
Sense his last tour was based on a constellation, I think if this is a tour, maybe large port cities??? none the less I will be buying tickets no matter what, when and where
I thought that maybe he would tour ports and coastal cities as well. Perhaps the West Coast of the US, since he hasn't played near home for a loooong time? Hope hope...
Asking permission to come aboard sounds like he is asking to get on the bus. This has to be a tour announcement. I know Lubbock is the last place he would come, but I do hope we make the list otherwise I have some traveling to do.
being that the announcement is coming out on a Tuesday, i would say it's the release of some material, either audio or video. Tuesday is the industry day of the week that all albums and movies are released on.

Just left another one saying "I breathe better underwater"..........I really hope if this is SS Coachella that there is a tour on land in the States also!!!
