Tom Waits appears on several radio shows theses day. You can listen to some of them live or in on line archives.
Radio 4 Today Programme , Monday, October 4 , 8.22 p.m. (GMT) - which apparently is the only UK radio interview Tom Waits will be doing.
KFOG Morning Show, Tuesday October 5, 6 to 10 a.m. (PT)
2FM's Dave Fanning show, Friday, October 8, 6 to 7.30 p.m. (GMT)
Was it just me, or did anyone else find that english guy a bit annoying?
ReplyDeleteI listen to that programme everyday and I can tell you he's made a career out of it.
ReplyDeleteI think that was one of the more seriuos and political interviews I have ever heard tom do.
ReplyDeleteTHe new album came out today and I was wondering if anyone else found the tracklisting on the case to be different to the actual order of the songs. "Sins of the Fathers" comes up after "hoist that rag". From there its anyone's guess as to how the heck the tracks play. Not that I have any real problem with this. In fact, the out of synch tracks add to the "real Gone quality" of the album. All things considered the best "new" album of Waits songs I have heard since "Bone Machine".

Those guys on the morning show were a bunch of fucking losers.
