The Australian release of World Without Tears by Lucinda Williams contains bonus tracks, one of which is a cover of Hang Down Your Head. It is probably the same version of the song on the Crossing Jordan soundtrack and was apparently already available in USA on the double album vinyl release.
You can get the Australian version on line at amazon.com and probably many other site. The Crossing Jordan album is still available at the on line NBC shop.
