Criterion is planning a re-release of the Night on earth dvd. Amongst other improvements (such as a restored high-definition digital transfer) this edition is said to contain a booklet featuring the lyrics to Tom Waits's original songs from the film. Amazon.com lists the release as planned for September 4.
