Grammy nomination

Orphans has been nominated in the category Best Contemporary Folk/American Album (Vocal or Instrumental). Other nominees are Mary Chapin Carpenter (The Calling), Ry Cooder (My Name Is Buddy), Steve Earle (Washington Square Serenade) and Patty Griffin (Children Running Through). Winners will be announced on February 10, 2008.
