Too late, I know, but here it is. A list of proposals for post and/or post show meetings at the US shows. This was copied from the Tom Waits Fan Forum, so all kudos to the people over there.
Please do take note these gatherings have no official character whatsoever. They are just meetings of some of the people who might attend one or more shows. There might be other places where people meet and appiontments might change during the next few days. So, just consider this as a starting point, nothing more and nothing less.
Raindog Sherry is organising a get-together at her house, somewhere halfway in between Birmingham and Atlanta, which makes it a convenient stop-over for anyone who's traveling between those cities. Everyone is invited and the only catch is Sherry would like to know more or less exactly the number of people she's to expect. So if you think about stopping over there, contact her at SherryOMR@cs.com (which you will need to do anyway to get directions to her place).
And do feel free to add your suggestion in the comments.

Per the Atlanta show, there are several places that are practically next door to the Fox and/or right across the street whereas this brewery is like 4 blocks away...though I'm sure there will Waits fans at any or all of these establishments.
Hey Kid, I think you mean "PRE" and post show gatherings. ;)
See ya'll at Lee Harveys!
People traveling to Columbus for the Columbus show, there is a free all-day music festival in Columbus that day close to downtown.

Hey Folks!
Im kinda new here, only been into Tom since March last year(for my sins!) thanks to a cool Spanish band called Marlango, check em out, anyway I`ve got tickets for the 1st nigt in Paris and 2nd in Edinburgh and was wondering if people are meeting up anywhere before the gigs for a few cold ones etc?! Also does he ever play Lowdown or Bottom Of The World in his live shows? That would make my day!!! Roll on 24th July!! Cheers fellow Raindogs. Thanks Eyeball Kid for an awesome site!!!
A little late at this point, but distance has caused a shift in the St. Louis Post-show gettogether.
Also, the Columbus post-show has moved from the Thirsty Ear to Barley's.
I'm trying to keep this as up to date as I can on the Tom Waits Fan Forum.

Post-Show try starting at Reggie's Backstage Bar across the street from the venue. Venice Cafe appears to be about 5 miles away, which may make it inappropriate for use.
