Looking for the best album

As a preparation for his master thesis on Tom Waits Kalle Waaktaar is writing about all Tom Waits albums, ranking them in the process. One from the Heart is at #21.

But what do you think?

What is Tom Waits' best album?

 Closing Time
 The Heart of Saturday Night
 Nighthawks at the Diner
 Small Change
 Foreing Affairs
 Blue Valentine
 One from the Heart
 Rain Dogs
 Frank's Wild Years
 Big Time
 Night on Earth
 Bone Machine
 The Black Rider
 Mule Variations
 Blood Money
 Real Gone
 Glitter and Doom Live

UPDATE: I'm afraid I forgot Heartattack and Vine in the list. I can't alter the poll without deleting 273 votes cast already, but if you wanted to vote for that album, just say so in the comments.

This list is missing Heartattack and Vine. I mean, I wasn't going to vote for it, it's definitely not the best album, but all the choices should be on here, right?

Its like trying to choose which of your children you love most!
Thanks for ruining my evening, I voted and feel like i've betrayed about 10 albums!

You're are missing the point, when you start rating music. If you need your music to be rated, you're watching too much MTV.. :)

differnt moods for different albums. Do you prefer toast or pizza? why do feel the need to put something at the top of a list?

I don't understand the votes to "Bone machine". I've always found it overrated. Better than Swordfishtrombones, Raindogs, or 4 or 5 more? No way! Can somebody explain it to me?

I voted for Swordfishtrombones, but The heart of saturday night and Blood Money are also my favorites.

Mule Variations takes me through all my emotions 2 or 3 times.
