Earlier today, Interbridge.com, which lists upcoming performances in US television shows, mentioned Tom Waits alongside 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin as a guest on the Late show with David Letterman on CBS on Tuesday February 21st.
Mr. Waits' name has been taken down, but knowing his reluctance in announcing performances, this does not mean he will not be appearing (although it hardly means he will either).

Now it says Eric Hutchinson, so I guess no Tom.
I watched last night and it was Eric Hutchinson. But I wish Tom would make an appearance somewhere.
