Thanks for sharing the news. My birthday has now been moved up to November 1st.
The albums were published without Tom's permission... they're unauthorized - the book shouldn't come out... right?(besides, the lyrices are available on the Waits Library...
Why stop at 1983? What a shame...
because in 1983 Waits left asylum and Herb Cohen when he discovered he had no rights for his songs. Authorized or not, the money for this book is going into Herb's pocket.
