Paul Maher Jr. has compiled a book with over 70 Waits interviews. You can buy Windshield Diamonds over at self-publishing online company Lulu. The paperback version (637 pages, 15.24 cm x 22.86 cm, black and white interior ink) costs €14.63, the hardcover edition will set you back €27.41.Both versions will be discontinued after 500 copies are sold.
The interviews in the book were first published between 1973 and 1985, but Maher also plans a second volume with articles dating from later years.
