Dutch radio station 3FM is broadcasting the Amsterdam concert (November 21, 2004 - theatre Carré) on Thursday May 26 (11 p.m. local time). You should be able to catch it on the station's website, 3voor12.
UPDATE: It will be a 46-minute edit from show. The good news is this will be a professional recording, authorized by the Waits management.

I'd love to hear the Amsterdam broadcast but I don't know what "local time" means since I don't know your location. Help a fan out? Thanks.
'local time' refers to the radio station's time zone. This would be Amsterdam time i. e. CEST.
This is +2 hours UTC/GMT
Great! Maybe I can hear myself on the radio... :-)
I checked out the website and it appears to say (I don't speak the language) that the broadcast will be on "3voor12fm op 3fm". Is there anyone knowledgable, patient and kind enough to describe exactly how I can access this program on the website? I would be very grateful.
I'd love to hear it, too! Would it be on around 5 or 6 Eastern Daylight Time in the USA??
Okay, figured it out. It's 5 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

I think it sounded like shit. The show was great but some engineer mixed it in a very strange way, I can't put my finger on it...
It was more than mixing problem. I think it was recorded directly through a PA mixing board without proper microphones for the instruments. I thought Tom's voice sounded great though.
I can't seem to figure any of this out, I click every possible button on either link suggested, and I get a bad techno song, lots of foreign language talk, and then about 50 more minutes of assortedly non Tom Waits music.
Fooey.
