According to Billboard.com, Columbia/Legacy will an expanded edition of the soundtrack to the film Dead Man Walking. The new edition - scheduled for release on February 7, 2006 - features a previously unreleased studio version of Dead Man recorded last year by Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder. Tom Waits' contribution, The Fall of Troy, was already available on the 1996 release.
The soundtrack will be bolstered with a dvd taped at Not in Our Name: Dead Man Walking - The Concert, which was held March 29, 1998, at Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium. This is said to feature Waits' performance of Walk Away, Gun Street Girl, The Fall of Troy, Goin' Out West and Yesterday Is Here.
