I don't know if it is a first, but Pearl Jam played Picture in a frame as the first song of the encores in Milan (Italy) last night. I guess this will be available for download in a couple of days.
UPDATE: If you can't wait or don't want to spend the cash, there is always Youtube.com.

Pearl Jam also did a cover of "In The Colosseum" that was on one of the live cd's they released for every show of their tour back several years ago. I forget which show it was, but I want to say it was one of the italy shows as well.
