Tom Waits For No One scrapbook crowdfunding campaign

A first attempt at funding a Tom Waits for no one project didn't succeed, but John Lamb has started another campaign to get his scrapbook published.

This time, the Tom Waits For No One: The Illustrated Scrapbook campaign focuses more on the actual book (and no longer on the 35th anniverseary of the animated short movie).

With the help of this campaign, the finest elements of the film, including animation cels, rotoscope drawings, character studies, backgrounds and a rare 1979 Tom Waits interview about the film are being compiled into a gorgeous hardcover book with 160 pages documenting the artwork and inspiration behind Tom Waits For No One.

This Kickstarter campaign will fund a limited run of 250 hardcover books and if our funding goal is met, we will open up additional, exciting stretch goals with a goal of recovering the original live action footage and restoring the film itself.

The goal is set at $8,250, and with 25 days to go, almost 7,000$ has been pledged.
