Rough Trade and Record Store are offering free 7'' singles with preorders of the Orphans release. The 7'' contains two tracks not available on the Orphans box set: Lie to me and Crazy about my baby.
UPDATE; As OLRAINDOG points out in the comments, Lie to me is the very first track of the first disc of Orphans.

If i am correct, "Lie to Me", is the very first song on the box set.
Indeed, the Record Store states "featuring the tracks 'Lie To Me' and 'Crazy About My Baby' (which isn't featured on 'Orphans')", so it's only Crazy About My Baby that's not featured on Orphans
