Owngig.com is a site that promises to "change the face of live'music and comedy, putting the fan in control". All you have to do is indicate which act you want to see, where you want to see them and how much you would be willing to pay. This "enables" Owngig.com "to negotiate on your behalf with artist management companies and their agents to commission exclusive shows wherever and whenever demand dictates". I wish them all the best in booking a Waits show.
