Oil stain picture charity auction

Charity buzz is auctioning an oil stain picture autographed by Tom Waits.

Proceeds go to Used Dogs, a small animal rescue that helps abused and abandoned dogs in the New Orleans area.

Thanks so much for posting about this... I have been wanting an oil stain picture for YEARS! I am hoping this might stay in my budget, but hope it doesn't for the charity! I will be watching this one!
